Return and Refund Process

As per Australian Consumer Law, we are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind.

In all cases where returns are accepted for change of mind or change of customer circumstance, Clutch Direct will issue store credit only.

All return requests must be made in writing to sales@clutchdirect.com.au and approved before the item is returned.
Restocking Fees

Approved returns within 30 days of purchase: $30 restocking fee applies.

Approved returns between 30 and 90 days: 17% restocking fee (minimum $30) applies.

Approved change-of-mind returns outside of these rules may incur a 17.5%–25% restocking and administrative fee.

No returns will be accepted after 90 days of purchase.
